Warren Schutt
Warren Schutt Real Estate

As you meet me in the role of Realtor, I would like to introduce myself and give you a better idea of the person with whom you will be working.

I was licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson and began my career in 1980. From 1985 to 1992, I devoted my energies to managing real estate offices and enjoyed the success of supervising over a quarter billion dollars, of real estate sales. This was certainly a great learning experience and has taught me manage myself today.

In April of 1992, I returned to the direct contact of helping people buy and sell homes. This return to sales was successful and rewarding as I worked as an independent Broker under the RE/MAX balloon for the past 23 years. I have just recently made a decision to step out on my own and opened my own office as Warren Schutt Real Estate. The business has changed greatly in the last 20 years and I feel I can best meet my clients needs, by making this move. I look forward to sharing with you the reasons for my decision.
My history remains the same.  I have personally completed over 900 real estate transactions, while finding ways to succeed in both good and trying markets,. I know that my clients, customers and associates trust me as over 80% of my business comes to me by personal recommendation.
Education has always been important to me and in 1982 I received my GRI Designation. I am most proud of earning my Certified Real Estate Broker Designation in 1989. In 1997, I completed the requirements to be designated as a Certified Residential Specialist. In 2000, I received my certification as an Accredited Buyer Representative.
If you want to know something of my sincerity and sense of caring, just ask me about my 16 years with the Bethel Jaycees or my long term association with Special Olympics, including sailing in the 1995 World Special Olympic Games. I helped the Bethel United Methodist Church purchase and develop the Robert T. Johnson building. It was my privilege to work as a Hospice volunteer for several years. Currently I am the facilitator for the Greater Danbury Divorce Support and Recovery Group.
As your realtor,  I can represent you as your Buyer Representative in your next home purchase. I can also be your Marketing Representative in helping you market and sell you current home. By providing caring, personal service and using "cutting edge" marketing for over 32 years, my record of success stands strong.
I believe the combination of my sincerity, education and experience will help me serve you in the current real estate market. My goal is to use these skills to help you meet your housing and investment goals. If you are serious about making a move, I am confident that working together, we will achieve a smooth and successful home sale or purchase.
I look forward to making your acquaintance and being of service to you.

Here are a few comments people have said about Warren:

"Warren was referred to me by Veterans United. The service we received from Warren was exceptional! We could not have asked for a better Realtor to guide us through the process. His professionalism, true caring nature, and extensive knowledge of the area helped us find the perfect place for us. I highly recommend Warren to anyone that is either looking to sell their current home or looking for their perfect place." Michael and Carmen P.

As a first time home buyer, I was excited and often lost sight of what I was originally looking for. Warren was knowledgeable of not only the area and every house but also what to look for in each house. Most especially, he was focused on finding a home that suited my tastes and especially my lifestyle which is what counts the most! We're loving the new place.

Warren, I wanted to send you this email to thank you for everything you have done for us during this important step in our lives. Truly you have held our hands during the entire process of purchasing our new home. From coming to Danbury for the very first time(and giving us a guided tour) to researching all of our choices (good and bad) you have been an integral (and necessary) part of this entire long process. I have dealt with other Agents (over two years) in many areas from Long Island to Orange and Dutchess counties and you were the only one who took a personal interest in us. We love Danbury (now) but probably would not have chosen it as our home town if you hadn't been so personable and helpful. Again thank you and rest assured that we will certainly recommend your help to anyone interested in moving to Danbury or nearabouts.
Carlos and Victoria B.

It was a real pleasure working with you and meeting the goal of selling the house. You really went the extra mile and I truly appreciate all that you did in finding the buyer and closing the deal.
John H.

You were a great help to us in our home search. You took the time to work with us, even though our price range was quite low. We really appreciate your professionalism and I will pass you name on to anyone I know that is moving to Danbury. Jay and Krudi D.
